Revolution ~ Timing is everything

( top: my watch 9:40am; bottom:my colleague's watch 5:40pm )
Just in case anyone is wondering I do not change my watch since I returned home. Taiwan Standard Time is 8 hours ahead of Greenwich ( London). Well, no losing or gaining hours really!!!
Have you ever stopped to think about all the things that time does -- time flies, we kill time, waste time, lose time, spend time, we take a timeout, and many other time related statements.
Last night, as I lay in bed, my mind was flittering about from one thought to another as it often does. I might plan out tomorrow's agenda, wander off to the most curious of thoughts, count down the days remaining here before I fly to the UK. I had fun and lots of memories... For almost two years, I have been looking forward to seeing my friends and eating British food.
I am counting days...

We think about it, dream about it, lose sleep worrying about it. When we don't have it, we search for it; when we discover it, we don't know what to do with it; when we have it, we fear losing it. It is the constant source of pleasure and pain. But we cant predict which it will be from one moment to the next. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define, impossible to live without.

Work

I know I have a long road to go through but sometimes i felt like I want to go back to the past as I have a great uni life with my friends and really missed them a lot. Now everyone have go to different path, chasing their own dreams and careers.
Being an accounts graduate, many people said you no need to worry much as it will be easy to find jobs in accounting field. But is this what i really want??? My current jobs was not too bad but sometimes I ask myself is this is my dream jobs???
So near yet so far away.

I am doing international tax service in Ernst & Young, and my work is very tiring and it does take up a lot of time! Being in the business world often means long hours at work, and then one is too weary in the evenings to do anything else! My work is quite tough and I did not have a lot of free time. For some new colleagues, I nevertheless managed to get to know quite a number of new people and to consolidate old friendships.

Life can be lived in a casual way, or plumbed to the depths. We all choose how and where to spend our energy and attention. Maybe the things you love aren't vital, but they make life richer. Me- enjoy doing it on my own way!!!

Drinking Wine Is An Art Form. Some people like red wine with chocolate; others prefer sweet or sparkling wines. For me, I just like it only it! I drink surprisingly little before I go to bed, usually one or two glasses of wine a day for health reasons (yeah, right! I say that too).
Passion is never wasted effort.

I think that anyone living in Taipei can pretty easily live a ‘western life’ if they want to.
Here my weekends/holidays were - went out with a bunch of random people.

Church and the Bible Studies

Sunday school:
A person told me that I am an angel that God has sent to this world to help these kids to learn about God's Word. Haha, what he said is a great encouragement to me. I enjoy teaching and helping kids learning about stories from the Bible.

Discover English:
The aim of this program is to help people to get ready for overseas studies. It is just a great experience to an English teacher. My partners, Andrew and Michael, you guys are Awesome!!!
The Bible Studies

On Sunday mornings before church we have a bible study at Becki's house. It has been a great way to get to know some girls from church and it's been great reading the word of God together.
